LMD Service Scheduling Policies:

To make sure your vehicle is receiving the proper care, please “Review & Select” one of our Mobile Detail Service Packages before you schedule an appointment, 

If you are not sure which Detail Service would be best, please contact Customer Service at: (702) 860-3628 Mon-Fri 9:AM-5:PM (Excluding USA Government Holidays).

Payments: LMD uses PayPal to proccess all online and in-person credit/debit card payment transactions. When selecting either PayPal Payment Option (Pay Now) or (Pay Deposit Now), you will have the option of paying with an accepted credit/debit card, or your PayPal Account.

No PayPal Account?: No Problem, you do not need a PayPal Account to use our Secure PayPal Payment Proccessing Platform.

Appointment & Cancellations : Our Calendar books quickly. Before you schedule an appointment, please make sure you select the Mobile Detail Service/Date & Time that best suits your needs “Prior” to scheduling an appointment. If you are not sure which Detail Service would be best, please contact Customer Service at: (702) 860-3628 Mon-Fri 9:AM-5:PM (Excluding USA Government Holidays). Cancelled Appointments (Not including LMD Cancellations due to bad weather conditions), will result in forfeiture of monetary deposits or payments in full, due to loss of our Schedule Availability once Scheduled Appointments have been scheduled. Appointments can be Re-Scheduled up to 24 Hours by LMD Staff only, before the Scheduled Appointment Time & Date that needs to be Re-Scheduled, and will incur a 15% Re-Scheduling Fee. The Re-Scheduled Appointment will include the 15% Re-Scheduling Fee. Please check your available schedule prior to Scheduling an Appointment, to prevent Re-Scheduling. Thank You – LMD

Five Stars – Larry and his wife called and said they were on their way and arrived 5 minutes early. I like punctual people. I own a 2005 Honda and it needed some TLC. I purchased the exterior package but the interior was in worse shape. Larry suggested I do both services and we made a deal. The car looks great and with my new tires, my 2005 looks like a 2016 .
